¿Soy solo yo?

Me he dado cuenta de que hablamos idiomas diferentes,
a pesar de que ambos hablamos español.
De alguna manera, simplemente no nos entendemos.
De alguna manera, lo que para mí es obviamente incorrecto, a ti te parece muy bien.
¿Quién está equivocado?
¿Hay alguien que esté equivocado?
¿Será que tú no ves el problema? o ¿es que yo he creado un problema que no existe?
¡Oh, la intriga!
¿Cómo resolver el enigma?

Lo sé... no estás de acuerdo conmigo.
Pero, ¿eso significa que estoy equivocada?

Al final, todo se reduce a la pregunta:
¿por qué seguir con esto? Estoy ya muy cansada.
¿Cuántas veces he oído?:
«¿Qué podrías hacer tú?»
«¿Quién eres tú para decir eso?»
Me miran hacia abajo.
Lo puedo sentir.

La pregunta es: ¿debería callar?
Asi como todos aquellos antes de mi? y todos aquellos despues de mi?
¡O tal vez, simplemente, alguien tiene que aguantar los golpes!

Al final del día,
si les hubiera preguntado qué querían...
habrían dicho:
¨caballos más rápidos¨.

Is it just me?

I've come to realize, we speak different languages,
even though we both speak English.
Somehow, we simply do not understand each other.
Somehow, what for me is obviously wrong, for you it seems very ok.
Who is wrong?
Is there someone whos’ wrong?
Is it that you don't see the problem or I've just created a problem that does not exist?
Oh, the intrigue!
How to solve the riddle?

I know… you don't agree with me.
But, does that mean I'm wrong?

In the end, it all boils down to the question:
why continue to pursue this?
I'm tired by now.
How many times have I heard:
"What could you do?"
"Who are you to say that?"
They look down at me.
I can feel it.

The question is, should I be quiet?
Like all those before me? and all those after me...
Or maybe, simply, someone just has to take the punches!

At the end of the day
if i would have asked them what they wanted…
they would have said:
